License Information

1.1 Free License for Local Use
Bootstrap OÜ grants you a free, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use PromptSense on your own device(s) for any purpose, including:

• Personal use
• Academic research and education
• Internal business and commercial use
• Employee productivity and tooling
• Internal research and development

1.2 No Registration Required
This free license does not require registration, account creation, or prior approval. Registration (if and when available) does not alter the scope of this license.

1.3 Future Cloud and API Features
Optional cloud-based features and external API integrations may be introduced in future versions as separate paid add-ons. These are distinct from the core local application and subject to their own terms. The free local-use license is not affected by any such future paid features.

The following uses are not permitted under this free license:

2.1 No Redistribution
You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, rent, lease, loan, or otherwise transfer this Application, or copies of it, to any third party.

2.2 No OEM or Bundling
You may not bundle, integrate, embed, or pre-install this Desktop Application into commercial software products, hardware devices, or appliances intended for distribution to third parties.

2.3 No Paid Access or Service Offerings
You may not offer access to this Desktop Application, or to services built on top of it, as a hosted product, SaaS platform, managed service, or any other commercial offering to third parties. Any commercial arrangement in which PromptSense is a component of a delivered system, product, or service — regardless of whether PromptSense is the primary offering — requires a separate license from Bootstrap OÜ.

2.4 Legal Dispute Exclusion
This free license does not extend to any individual or entity that is currently involved in, or has previously been involved in, any legal disputes, litigation, arbitration, or formal legal proceedings involving Bootstrap OÜ, any of its affiliated companies, or any other company or legal entity owned or controlled by Bootstrap OÜ's founders or principal owners — whether initiated by either party. This includes but is not limited to intellectual property disputes, copyright claims, contract disputes, and any other civil or commercial proceedings.

Bootstrap OÜ reserves the right to modify this license for future versions of PromptSense. Changes will not retroactively affect the license terms governing any version already distributed under this Agreement.
